New Zealand fast bowler Tim Southee has concluded his illustrious Test career with a triumphant win against England in Hamilton. The 36-year-old took two wickets in his final match, bringing his impressive Test tally to 391 wickets from 107 matches.
Beyond Tests, Southee has been a stalwart for New Zealand in white-ball cricket, having played 161 ODIs and 123 T20Is. Throughout his career, he captained the Kiwi side in all three formats.
While stepping away from Test cricket, Southee has not announced retirement from ODIs or T20Is, leaving the door open for continued contributions in limited-overs formats.
