The price of 24-karat gold experienced a significant decline on Saturday, falling by Rs1,100 per tola to Rs276,200 from its previous rate of Rs277,300, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs943, settling at Rs236,797 compared to Rs237,740. The price of 22-karat gold per 10 grams also dropped to Rs217,064 from Rs217,928.
However, silver prices remained stable, with per tola and 10 grams of silver priced at Rs3,400 and Rs2,914.95, respectively.
In the international market, gold saw a decrease of $11, dropping to $1,650 from its previous value of $1,661, according to the association.
