Light to moderate rainfall continues in various parts of Islamabad, with hailstorms reported in the G-10 sector, adding to the cold weather.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasts widespread rain across the country tonight (Saturday), affecting cities including Rawalpindi, Murree, Galiyat, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Gujrat, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala. Additional areas like Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Mianwali, Khushab, Sargodha, Bhakkar, Layyah, and Dera Ismail Khan are also likely to experience showers.

Rainfall is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regions such as Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Shangla, Battagram, Buner, Mansehra, Abbottabad, and Haripur. Malakand, Bajaur, Mardan, Mohmand, Charsadda, Swabi, Nowshera, Peshawar, Khyber, Kohat, and Kurram are also in the forecast.

In Balochistan, areas like Quetta, Ziarat, Pishin, Qilla Saifullah, Zhob, Loralai, and Barkhan may witness rain, while snowfall is anticipated in the mountainous regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
