On Thursday, the price of 24 karat gold per tola rose by Rs1,500, reaching Rs277,000 compared to Rs275,500 on the previous trading day.
The price for 10 grams of 24 karat gold also saw an increase of Rs1,285, climbing to Rs237,482 from Rs236,197. Additionally, the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold rose to Rs217,693, up from Rs216,514, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
In contrast, the prices of silver remained stable, with per tola silver priced at Rs3,050 and 10 grams at Rs2,614.88.
In the international market, gold prices increased by $12, rising to $2,665 from $2,653, according to the Association.
