The Sunni Ittehad Council has officially nominated Mahmood Khan Achakzai, the head of the Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, as its presidential candidate.
According to details, the Sunni Ittehad Council announced the name of its presidential candidate, Mahmood Khan Achakzai. He has been nominated as the presidential candidate by the Sunni Ittehad Council.
The nomination papers will be submitted by the Sunni Ittehad Council today, while Asif Zardari has been nominated as the presidential candidate by the PPP-N.
It’s worth noting that the presidential election is scheduled for March 9th, and nomination papers can be submitted by noon today.
The scrutiny of nomination papers will be conducted by the returning officer on March 4th at 10 am. Nomination papers can be withdrawn by March 5th at noon, and the list of presidential candidates will be displayed on March 5th. The date for withdrawal is March 6th.
Polling for the presidential election will take place from 10 am to 5 pm in the Parliament House and all four provincial assemblies.
