PPP Spokesperson Affirms Party’s Decision Not to Join Government

In Lahore, People’s Party spokesperson Faisal Karim Kundi stated that the party’s Central Executive Committee has decided not to become part of the government.

Speaking on Geo Pakistan program, Faisal Karim Kundi mentioned that negotiations between the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) are expected to conclude either today or tomorrow. He expressed dissatisfaction with the 16-month alliance with the PML-N, stating they do not want past issues to resurface in the future.
